I developed The Good Key to encourage tenants to be punctual with rent obligations. It will also benefit their effort by certifying this effort.

Many of us were tenants at one time or another and with that came responsibility of meeting our rental agreement. Unfortunately today there are standards that too many times are challenged by economic or legal excuses.

The Good Key is a certified program that will communicate to your tenants and confirm rent payments along with a performance rating (pRate) that will culminate in a 12 month 3rd party certification.

Excellent payment track records will be rewarded with a Certificate of Performance displaying each (pRate).

Members or property owners too will receive discount incentives by referring friends and neighbors to The Good Key. A referral key will be issued when you register as a member and it is worth credits to your account.

A tenant may use their certificate to qualify for his or her next rental or purchase. The Good Key certification will provide a 3rd party means for validating a new tenant credibility.

Now there is a meaningful reason for a tenant to be punctual with their rent and be recognized as responsible.

Registering your tenant is only $12.95 for the year and your tenant will receive a monthly payment confirmation along with the current status of their performance (pRate) so they can track.
